Design Sponge does indeed rock my face off and obviously it rocks my older sister, Courtney's, face off also cause she sent me the link to these pretties today.
The main reason I avoid Design Sponge is because I'd copy and paste SO many inspirational pictures from their site that you'd basically have to call my blog "things I'm copying straight from 'the REAL' Design Sponge".
below I've found exactly what I'd love our bedroom to look like. Yes, white is still the IT color and our bedroom is a pale blue with black and pale yellow accents...which I dig. BUT it's mostly the decor that I'd like to take from this room. The huge mirror, the hooks for hats on the wall....that one rocks so hugely that I may run home immediately to do that one up, the pretty mason jar w/ flower below the window and that rug!!! Killing me with that rug!!!
the greatest part about the reasons I love this room, as noted above, is that they're Easy Peasy fixes:
HOOKS - find at your local hardware store/flea market/garage sale for super cheap and even I (ME) could get them up on the wall
JAR - like I've mentioned before...I'm mason jar tight!
MIRROR - I actually MAY have found the best deal everrrrrr on Craig's List...I'll get those photos to you if it becomes mine in the next 24 hours!
below are some rugs that I found....and most are super expensive. Boo:( BUT I'm still in love with the idea of getting Flor tiles!!!
