black and white.

just a little tid bit before bed.

I was thinking that I LOVE the touch of black in everything. BUT I don't want it to be tooo dominating. I don't want it to be too strong of a feeling. Not sure if that makes an ounce of sense. BUT I love this little square I put together. It seems to have a good balance.

I like the idea of adding something to our simple jar/wildflower center pieces and it seems that a black and white photo, maybe even with some filtering in Photoshop would add that perfect touch:) And it's even more fun because it's another small project I can do on my own with the photos I have and using my home Photoshop program.

And off subject....this dress makes me antsy to do some more dress shopping. After visiting a shop called 'Dream Weaver'...yes....dream.weaver. arg. I decided to take a break and hold out for bigger and better. SO hopefully I can put off this urge till fall cause we still have a bit of time.....20 months, approx. AND on the way home from work tonight I realized that come our wedding day, me and Jacob will have been engaged for 2 years, 2 months and 3 days. Holy shiat. And there is nothing about that amount of time that upsets me. The only thing upsetting about that is how fast it's going to go by!
