i may be a bit emotional...yeah. I am. And the fact that Jacob just stopped at my work to bring me some leftovers from catering has made me go all 'cry baby' at ever little blog I've been reading. One being about women and affirmation and how we need to BE there for one another and encourage and here's a quote from the article from Tulips and Flight Suits because it was THAT good:

...Or why on earth women can be some of the most challenging bosses for women at work (sometimes I want to shake them from the shoulders and say “aren’t we in this thing called life together? Don’t you already know so much about me without even knowing me? Let’s lift each other UP!”)

and I think that mostly got me going...that and the cherry pie Jacob also brought...but it gets me emotional cause I think about my sister's kids, who (okay...here I go again w/ the water works...PULL.IT.TOGETHER) I consider my own and love so much that things regarding their future brings on the tears instantly. They're so innocent right now and I want them to grow up and be good. That's all I got. Just be good in every way possible:)

and so I'm not really sure where I'm going with this but I'll do my usual thing and make it about me...and Jacob...and OUR WEDDING!;)

i guess love is just in the air and this wedding, by Shannen Norman Photography, is a vision. Better yet...a vision I see for our own day:)

i love details. I think every bride is detail ridden through out the entire process. Taking on too much and then cutting back and trying to make all that work.

My favorite part about the details in this picture is the little sign for the cupcake flavor. That is our plan also:)

beautiful flowers and beauTful wine. Lucky for us we have a few family members with those cool tin buckets so we can borrow those for wine and then we've got a claw foot tub on the way for our mini water bottles and juice pouches;) YAY!

we are always looking at things as if they are just waiting to be painted with chalkboard paint but we've been trying to look at things a bit differently. This is definitely another way to do it. Plywood painted black and, again, utilizing Courts pretty writing for the text!

are you kidding me with this projector screen!? Yes. A HUGE YES...this will be happening at our wedding reception. I can't wait:)
