i'm not able to find the exact garter I saw on a blog recently and it's bugging the crap out of me!!!! But this one comes in at a close second. VERY pretty, very delicate....and $59. I think my garter, IF I even get one...needs to come in aroundddddd $4. SO yeah. Out of my budget!
Boy. I get tired of saying that things are 'out of my budget'.
