we shall chill. wine in hand.

there are many, many....Mannnnny days, where I get a teeeeeeny bit stressed about the wedding coming together. Don't get me wrong, I feel great about the decisions we've made and the things I've bought and the look we're going for....but I find myself cornering my mom OR Courts OR Jacob into listening to me ramble through the sequence of events of the wedding...starting 1 week before and ending 24 hours after.
That's a LOT of info. Just ask them;)

i do have a chart so that we know when we'll start decorating, an idea of where I want things to go, how I'd like them to look, what will be coming at what time, what we need to do till then, things that need to be ordered and when, what time to be here - there - everywhere;)....but even with all that...my biggest worry is that the days leading up to the wedding, the day OF the wedding (Thurs.) and the day OF the reception (Sat.), we'll be (and by we'll...I mean ME) running around losing our minds and calling off the wedding a handful of times because of the stress of pulling it all together.

and then I see a wedding like this one. And it reminds me of us:) And how we have a lot of things going on...a lot of things collected and still up in my head and sketched, listed and written out...but I know it'll all come together. And what's MOST important to us is that we have a good time and that we don't look back and wishhhh we would have slowed down and enjoyed it more. Luckily for us, this has been an amazing process and we're having loads of fun with it. And we have been able to enjoy it longer because of choosing to be engaged for a longer amount of time. I'm thankful we did that.

have I mentioned lately how much I LOVE confetti:)

so this wedding and these pictures and me and Jacob...that makes me believe that we WILL be drinking wine in the days leading up to the wedding. That we will:)

and signs:)

and this shed is totally working for me. The plan is to have my dad do up a place for us to have the reception (which will be adorable and rustic and perfect:) BUT if for some reason he can't get that far....our next (free option) would be the in-laws shed...which could possibly take some convincing and a lot of work. BUT look how great it CAN be....

and that little 'hay' sofa in the background??!!! Yes. I want one!!!
