i also scored a great patio set at Walmart (my most least favorite store in THE world...sorry WMart...you're somewhat cheap...but you're not worth it on ANY level!!!).

4 hours later. That is NOT an exaggeration.

4 hours later. One flip out later, that involved a screw driver and a new hole in our garage wall....we have a place to sit and sip our wine and chill. Totally worth it:)

i know we keep saying that the rock patio is the way we want to go but all of a sudden I'm either just wanting to take the easy way out and get this never ending house shiat DONE once and for all...or I'm starting to warm up to the idea of a 'deck'. It would have to be the anti-deck cause I HATE decks....but this I think I could handle. Very well.

oh, and some landscaping please?! It looks like a dog run...we need foliage. But otherwise. Thumbs way up.

patio rocks.

my hope is that most house projects will be done by the end of 2010. My super high hopes are that we'll have next year to enjoy sitting around on our new patio, in our new bath, on our new kitchen floor....all our new things:)

our current idea is to use natural stone for the back patio. Our thinking is that we'll lay them out so there's grass between...which will equal less stone needed, which equals less money spent....I just want it done!!!!
