ladies first.

so I'm just going to start throwing things out there. There will be NO method to my madness when it comes to this wedding!

1/ we could start with the ladies:)

the plan is to have ONLY sisters in this wedding. I am one of 4 girls....Older Sister C (Reminder: married to J's older brother, D) is 28; Younger Sister - we'll call her Pigg:) is 25 and single, and Youngest Sister - we'll call her Pal, is 23 and also married. I'll be posting some of those photos at some point. M was married in an outdoor ceremony on her in-laws property only a year ago. It was simple and gorgeous and similar to what I have in mind....If only my (future) in-laws had a backyard - winery, botanical garden, pond, vintage barn?! *sigh*. IF Only it could end up being that easy:)

And then there's R. J's sweet youngest sister! I've always had my heart set on the small, intimate, JUST family wedding party and it was a blessing when J came up with the idea of having R serve as his Groom's Maid:) We can't take full credit for that...his cousin, who was married in NYC over the summer, also had a groom's maid...and so we are totally bringing that idea to WI!

luckily R was super excited about the idea and so now we have our nice and small wedding party. I will have my 3 sisters with my oldest sister, C, serving (SERVING...being the key word;) as Matron of Honor (MOH). J has selected his best buddy as his Best Man and then he'll have his older brother, D and sister, R. PERFECT!!!
