i'm currently hooked on streamers...garland...fabric or paper. I'll take it all. And I think it's the simplest way to spruce up your reception venue or even the ceremony site! As you can see from the pictures below...streamers/garland can take many shapes! I love it!

my thinking is that maybe in front of the sheet that we hang for the mock photo booth, we can hang streamers. Mind you this reception will be somewhat indoor/outdoor, in a building with a lot of openness. I think this could add to the affect. If we get a nice breeze we might have a really great look with streamers flying around a bit in the back ground.

i also love the look of the streamers at a reception. They look great with some color and some of those Chinese balls. I think that it's SO fun that you don't really look at it as being too 'busy'. It's just TOO fun looking:)
