scoot. scoot.

i'll try not to bore you with the 'same old, same old'.
Here in Marbella, we've kinda stuck to the same routine. So there weren't a lot of 'new' places to give you unique photos!:)

yesterday we relaxed...then walked around, had dinner and called it a night. We're both thankful for the amount of time we have over here...we don't have to feel guilty if every minute isn't full of something new...we can have 'down' days:)

hard to believe we only have 12 more days to go:( Luckily, we also agreed, that this vacation is going at the perfect speed! We look forward to getting home but we're also having an amazing time and don't feel like it's flying by:)

although, today we ARE looking forward to our next stop because the bed here at our Hostel in Marbella...less than amazing. My back is.KILLING.ME! Eeeeeeek. And we're following that up with another 4 hour bus ride today! Yippie;) Don't feel bad for us though;)

UP/DOWN our last dinner in Marbella, Spain:)

by the time you are all starting the first part of your days...we'll be arriving in our next destination! Granada, Spain:)
Later Gators!

i think I'm full:)

it's official. We found a city in Spain that can actually satisfy my never ending need for food. Here they have tons of pastas, pizza and goodies of all kinds. I think we found 3 of those today and I'm feeling it.

UP me filling out Lia's birthday card (sent out TODAY:).

we began the day walking to the bus stop to get our tickets to our next destination, Granada. And by that point I was already starvingggggg (it was noon:). We found a great deal on pizza and drinks that we couldn't possibly pass up.

2 pizza and 2 drink for 15 euros. We split it in 1/2 and it served us for both lunch AND dinner. Score:)
and thennnnnn I bought a purse. Oops:)

UP then the beach again...weird!

we've thought about renting a scooter and taking a ride to a neighboring city but after some nightmare stories we've seen on the news and just witnessing traffic in general...not to MENTION the ride through the mountains that we endured to get here...um. We decided against the scooter ride, that would surely lead to our demise;)

we agreed that as long as this honeymoon was living up to what we were hoping/wanting/expecting...and it makes us happy and content...there's no reason to push going somewhere else or trying to squeeze MORE into the time we have here. We're good:)

after heading back to the hostel to rest up for a while, we did a bit more walking:)

UP amazing mirror menu at a little cafe. I want to copy this in my home!!!:)

UP shit...this happened. I feel...very heavy at the moment:)

another very satisfying day in Marbella. I am going to do some more googling to see that we don't miss anything that may be right under our noses. But as of now...another city that has made us feel at home:)

hellllooooo Marbella:)

after a 3 hour bus ride yesterday, we arrived in Marbella, Spain! We passed some absolutely gorgeous white mountain side cities. The views were incredible! Both scary and incredible. This bus DID NOT slow down and we were literally on the edges of cliffs! Jacob and I counted 3 rusted out vehicles at the bottommmmmm of some of these cliffs we were passing by. That doesn't include the 'pieces' of cars and guard rails!

needless to say....back pain from straining to hold myself in my seat!!!

once we arrived in Marbella, we walked the 20-ish minutes from the bus stop to our hostal. We figured it'd save us some money (EX. we withdrew $180 from an ATM in Seville before leaving...looks as if the bank converted that to $246 - are you fucking serious?!?! SIDE NOTE: that's exactly right on our converter's so I'm just having one of 'those' moments;).
SO we need to just be more aware:):)

we were in much need of a day of relaxation so we went straight to the beach and sat there for a few hours reading books and just hanging out. Today we're actually going to swim:)

UP/DOWN photos Jacob took while I was collecting shells:)

today the internet is working! THANK GOD.

i smell toast and I wantsssssss someeeee!!!:)

okay. Off to the bus stop. Going to buy our tickets for our next part of the journey. On Saturday we head to Granada, Spain. And then we're taking my ass back to the beach for the remainder of the day:):)

welcome to Marbella:)

and here we are...we are in awe of the fact that we're, yet again, in another city!!!

Marbella, Spain

we chose a cheaper Hostal this time. Hostal Berlin. I was a bit worried about the 'hostel' situation but the reviews all said 'go for it' and it turned out to be perfectly cozy!
We do have to come all the way downstairs, into the lounge to use the wifi but small price to pay to stay in touch with all of you:)
