i have off most every Friday. Most of those Friday's I receive not one, NOT 2...but 3 text messages trying to wake me up in order to convene at Courts house for pancakes (OR as I call them...panacakes:)
FRIDAY 1: i get to Courts and mom has made me plain Jane round panacakes. WTF?!?! I tell her "MOM...I wanted hippo shaped panacakes"...mom says "I'll shape your face like a hippo"..
let me tell you...we all Lost It!!!! No reason for that to be hilarious...but mom saying "I'll shape your face like a hippo" was pretty much the best things EVA'.
FRIDAY 2:
mom 820am - Pancakes
mom 841am - PANCAKES!!!
mom 921am - PANCAKES!!!
me 930am - On my way!!!
mom 930am - sorry, griddles off.
me 931am - Get a hippo on there if you know what's good for you!!!
mom 933am - ur dumb.
i show up there (not even thinking about the hippo thing cause it's just a joke...) and this is what I see...
i think that morning can officially go down as one of the TOP 10 best days of my life. No lie.
Shortly after that it got bumped to 20-30ish on the list cause my sister's little boy, Jax, ate it's head off. That was painful.
BUT over all. Seriously. A hippo shaped panacake is somethin' special:)
yep. Because my mom does stuff like this...it means she's a little bit weird. Like me:)
