i LOVE, LOVE, LOVE when Jacob follows me like a puppy around a super girly store....like Express! But I love even more when he walks away without making a sound leaving me to finish an inappropriate story with only strangers staring at me like I've seriously lost my mind and must not realize what store I've wandered into because this is clearly not Walmart.

but all that seems to fade away when he comes back to drag me to the guys section cause he found something he would love for our wedding! awwwww;)

PS. if you do the math on this...you will quickly realize that I would have to sell my soul, to start, in order to get the guys into these specific Express outfits. And here's the math...cause it's fun to learn how much you can't spend and how it's SUCH a ridiculous amount that you're totally cool NOT spending that amount!

We would be purchasing all ties (Jacob, 2 standups & 2 daddy's), ceremony shirts (Jacob & 2 daddy's), ceremony pants (Jacob) and Saturday night shirts (Jacob & 2 standups). This equals:
TIES - $199.50
Ceremony Shirts - $178.50
Ceremony Pants - $98.00
Saturday Shirts - $178.50
TOTAL - $654.50 - and keep in mind that daddy's and standups have yet to buy their ceremony pants, shirt, fattys and an amazing gift for me and my boy. SO yeah. We shall be looking into options at JCPenny;)

i want it friday.

check out this song...the beginning perfectly describes how I feel on this 'i want it friday'. Yesterday's shopping trip just did not do it for me. Ofcourse Jacob cleaned house. How is it that every time we go shopping he comes home with more than I do?! Seriously...not cool!

right now I'm in the market for just about anything....cute tanks from PacSun, perfume and lotions from Victoria's Secret and dress clothes from Express.

we do still have to make a trip to get my phone fixed, which we were unable to get done yesterday...so I've already mentally scheduled my next shopping trip:)

new years wedding outfit. my continued obsession.

yep. You read that ridiculously long blog post tile correctly. I'm STILLLL hunting down google for more inspiration for that New Year's Eve Wedding we'll be attending.

maybe it's because they are such great friends and they're SO fun and amazing people and I know they're wedding and the whole vibe will reflect that....maybe that's why I'm putting so much pressure on myself to be the bestest Wedding Guest I .Can. Be?! yes. it must be.

the best part about the outfits put together for us above is that they are all seriously affordable. They're from stores like: PacSun, Forever21, Charlotte Russe and Top Shop.

i really like the idea of the skinny jean and heel and adding a jacket or cardy to a simple top. The 2nd one is the one I like most for the New Year's Eve Wedding. Pants are always a good call cause of the weather (although they'll be SO tight you won't know where they start and I stop... that's that).

i also hesitate to wear heels. I have a long running issue with heels, even falling on non windy summer days. So the idea of winter, with the snow and the water on those hard slick reception floors and the fact that not only am I 5'7-1/2" normally but you add on 3" heels and even Jacob won't be able to stop me from coming down. Yes. I'll admit, that scares the shit out of me!

okay...had to add this last one that I JUST found. It's adorable...and can you say: Skinny Leather (pleather in my case;) pants!!!!!! Yep. I've said it before and I'll said it again...I think I've found....*whisper*...THE ONE!!!

what i wear.

so I thought I'd start trying to log different things I wear. I for one LOVE fashion in every shape and form. Although I do have an incredibly dull style. I love black...I love white...I love all things natural/cream...black and more black. SO nothing will get too crazy. BUT for some reason I feel a need to spread my wings a bit and so I will try to expand my horizon's when it comes to what I leave our house wearing.

and not to get too sentimental here....but since Jacob...I have a bit of an ego problem. I act like I can do anything, go anywhere...wearing Anything! He makes me feel flawless, like I can do no wrong. And quite frankly...it's made me less tolerable of stupidity. And that has brought out a bit of a griffy gruff (I'm trying to get that to catch-on...no luck thus far;) attitude on my part. SO:
I am completely in love with a boy that makes me feel ridiculously perfect. Even in my cropped tighty pants and bandana....even with my imperfections, yessss there are a few...even when all I want to do is fight. Long story short, my new found attitude is all his fault!!!:)

and not to be outdone...Jacob and D wanted to showcase their style

rockin' new years eve.

**add some black tights...

express is KILLING me!!! I have a wedding on New Years (2nd year in a row...niccccceeeee...especially seeing as we never have fun plans for that night anyways...) and I'm already chomping at the bit to get something SUPER cute! These are good friends of me and J's and so a sequined jacket is almost a must! And even better, I've already approved that with the bride and she's just as excited about that jacket as I am!

so these are my options so far. I know me and I know that it's not a great idea to be buying something soooo far in advance! But I don't know that I'll be able to resist. BUT again, knowing me...I need to try on in-store first. I'm just not a fan of shopping online and then having to go through the process of sending back and waiting for a refund (never a full one)....but that's only due to laziness!

EXPRESS!!!!!:)
