 don't mind the HUGE spacing...just how the photos turned out...lots o' white space.

POINT: hair.

the top photo is of my hair before (kinda - my sister, Pigg, took about 4" off before we left on Vacation a few weeks ago. When we got back I had my pro freshen it up:).

the bottom photo is the after.

lets keep in mind that there may have been some napping prior to the taking of the photos - dumb on my part...maybe...cause napping is never really dumb;) BUT I'm surely not doing my new do any justice. HENCE, the curling iron I picked up today and will be putting to work tomorrow:)

i won't lie. Losing my hair has been...upsetting. Kinda.

have I mentioned that about 2 months after having Homer I started losing a shit ton of hair? NO? I forgot to mention that? 

WELL. 2 months after having Homer...I lost a shit.ton.of.hair. Nope. Not just a ton. Much...much more than that:(

it hasn't really slowed down at all. The losing of the hair. BUT I'm reassured because I know this is a common thing. It doesn't feel like it's common. It sure as hell doesn't look like a common thing. Maybe you wouldn't have noticed had I not mentioned it (then you'd be supa' blind;). But it is what it is. I have a beautiful baby boy in front of me...sometimes (a lot of times...) with my hair stuck between his fingers and toes - nightly hair checks are now a common thing in our house!!!;)

i may never have, what I thought to be, my beautiful long hair back. SO I'll make do with what I have and try my damnedest to steer clear of looking like I have a new shiny mom cut;)

i'll add more photos once I get acquainted with my new curling iron;)

i also wanted to add that my lady, Nicole - the pro:) - did an amazing job:) Thanks for the cut and color and style and for being Confession for this oh-so-not-Catholic-girl. I always feel renewed...in lots of ways...after visiting her;)

introducing. a red head.

here's a sneak peek-ish at the new hair color! Kinda red, kinda more dark. But I like it! These are not going to give you the most amazing idea of how it looks but as time goes on...I'll force Jacob to take more photos with me and then I'll post them here so you can see my new color in it's natural habitat:)

UP/DOWN before. Taken in the jeep mirror before going in to get my hair did. Frick. These photos actually make my hair look REALLY good but the color is NOT so good...remember...

UP/DOWN after. I do like it. These aren't the best photos, as I mentioned. But I think the dark is a good change and I REALLY like the red tint:)

hair did.

i'm getting my hair did tomorrow. Cut and Color. I REALLY want to go red. Not supa' red. But just a nice red. Any thoughts!?

as you can see above...it's kinda got a tinge of red happening already. It's completely not intended. It just seems to want to hang on to this freaking rusty orange-y crap. So annoying. We think it may be our water...we're not sure and to be honest...I don't give a shiat. I just want it fixed. SO this is pretty much 1 of 2 colors that I'll be having done before the wedding.

THIS color (tomorrow) and then another color in late August, right before the wedding. SO things kinda have to start looking up here. I NEEDS this next color to be the right color.

UP she's adorable and has a fantastic blog that I follow - Skunkboy Creatures - and she is also obsessed with red. Love.

DOWN and this could be THE color. You can see that there's a red situation happening but no one's jumping too far off the edge. I think this could be perfect for me. And I've been told my hair looks best a bit darker....so!? CelebSalon

i'll try my bestest to get a before and after photo tomorrow. I apologize in advance if the before is me in the work bathroom. It's what I'm willing to do for you and it'll also give me something to do while I'm hiding out in the bathroom between 'working':)
