initially, I fell in love with these photos because of the bride's hair and my love for that and how I pretty much think I'll have to try to recreate that look for my own ceremony...but then my eye spied some additional goodies for ya:)

we are LITERALLY only days away from getting MARRIED!!!!! I think we're both just so...I don't know...blown away by everything. Getting married...gifts...showers...more gifts...invites and friends and family and fun. And it's just been SO much fun. Seriously...beginning to end. Are there a few things that I would have changed...sure. BUT nothing at all that mattered. It was exactly what we wanted and I know everything to come will follow suit.

i'm just SO happy that we stuck with what felt right. That was kinda our motto through this whole process. Do what feels right for US and if it doesn't...change it. And it all came together. I seriously credit our naive attitudes for everything coming out just right. The whole time I'd just say "it'll work out. it'll be perfect. it has to be right. it WILL be right" and everything did and was. Right:)

UP/DOWN the perfect up-do for my wedding reception OR wedding...it's just so pretty that now I'm completely unsure!!!

the rest...I mainly just love! And love for either the reception or wedding! Time will tell but this is the best inspiration I've found so far!!!!

i think I need to make my nieces wear these for the wedding. They're just too cute!!!:) And the idea of my little nieces (Lia - 8 and A - 5 and Drew - 6 months) being little hippies at our ceremony...all too perfect:)

i just can't seem to pull it together when it comes to the thought of marrying Jacob. Even now, at this very moment, knowing he's blowing me off to plow people's driveways cause of the huge snow we just got (Aaaaa hole;)...I love him. And I just can't wait. I can't wait to make it official before he comes to his damn senses:)

Snow plowing is...it is what you'd expect snow plowing to be like;) But knowing that I'm on Jacob's mind and that he could have taken advantage of the 'quiet time' cause as he says 'he didn't invite me along for the quiet':) He knows me all too well!

POINT: I've found what I'd like my hair to look like for the wedding! I LOVE this era and I think I'd tone it back justttt a tad but this is what I love. I actually wish I had a photo of my cousin, Neen, at her wedding...this kinda reminds me of that a bit (nicely done Neen:).

so my hair is pretty flat. Or if it's toooo wet out...it's fuzzy. OR if I don't dry it enough...tighter curls. ORrrrr if it's just a normal, perfect, 72 degree sunny day with a slight breeze....STILL not going to look super.
I am definitely not one to take any time on my hair and I should. No excuse for leaving the house the way I do. Some days it works...most days it doesn't.

i've been looking at quite a few different ideas for my wedding hair. First off. I get 2 wedding hairs. One for the Thursday night Ceremony and one for the Saturday night Reception. How lucky am I?!

i love, love, LOVE this hair for my ceremony!!! It's got some volume and layering and some loose curling and I didn't grow this hair out this long to throw it all up! And we mustn't forget about that mistake I made when I was 18, we won't mention that (butterfly tat on the back....grrrr...silly...sillllllllyyyyy laghaklghklaghklagh). So it willlll be down for the ceremony and at the moment I'm considering having it up for the reception but we shall see.
