adios seville:)

today started off a little rough - because the baby made me an angry person this morning;)

but after some walking, resting AND eating...I'm back to my old self!:)

today was/is our last one in Seville, Spain and I'm super sad about that. It's beautiful and I love it here!!! We're ready to move on but still wish we could have been here longer than we were in Lisbon. But we're glad to have any experiences in these cities...so we'll take the 4 days we had:):)

we first triedddddd to find a Post Office. This ended up being an all day (all week...grrrr) process and we still weren't able to find it by the time it closed. SO we still have some post cards that haven't gone out yet! Dang IT!!! But hold in there...hopefully we'll have better luck in Marbella - our next stop:)

we took a break from our Post Office search to do some sightseeing and that lead us to the Plaza de Espana. They say it's the most beautiful spot in Seville. They may be correct:)

from there we walked through part of the Parque Maria Luisa, directly in front of the Plaza. Also, muy muy bonito:)

by this point I was spent and needed to rest. We took a quick break back at the hotel, where I finished my 10 Week Baby Bump Post:) And then we decided to grab our last walk and dinner in Seville:)

UP/DOWN the sun was perfect for photos around 7PM.

UP we ate dinner at a little Italian place. Which probably makes no sense to most, seeing as we're in Spain. But I needed something that my mouth could appreciate and would FILL ME UP! And this place did the job wonderfully:)

week ten:)

the weeks are seriously flying by! I'm sure that has something to do with the fact that we're on our honeymoon...AKA. on top of the WORLD;) But it's been fun to still document this 'not so' growing belly.

so far...so good on the baby front. Still no symptoms...except for NON.STOP.HUNGER. Frick my life. It's SO annoying. And I've yet to really find out if it's because of this baby or it's all in my head! Should I be starving ALL the time!? Grrrr.

sadly, I've even started a list of things I'll need when I get back to the states:

- pumpkin pie and cool whip

- a freezer full of Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream

- brownies (as many as you can handleeeeee!!!)

- steak and cheesy potatoes

(Courts, Mom, Mal....you can split these equally and then call me on your designated night;)

regardless...that's the most annoying part and needless to say, I'm SO glad we walk an average of 5 hours a day or you wouldn't recognize the hippo that steps off the plane in a few weeks!!

take note of my face in the left side photo...I was a pistol today. Also going to blame the baby for those mood swings;) I don't know if it was the walking or the fact that nothing is realllllly tasting amazing to me...but this 'hunger' thing is killing me (and Jacob for that matter;).

PS. i wish I could take ALL baby bump photos in Spain...no better backdrop than that:)

hey...we're tourists!!

this is pretty much a meaningless post but it makes me chuckle.

jacob and I had to get a large bag because we knew we'd probably end up accumulating some extra things while on this trip. It's unfortunate, because we have very nice luggage sitting at home. Frick. BUT it had to be done and we were more comfortable traveling light to get here and checking a bag on the way home only. So it just worked out this way.

we found a bag today. VERY reasonably priced (so we hope it stays together for the duration of our trip:)!!!!

we found a bag today a longgggg ways from our hotel. SO here we are...lookin' like super tourists making the longgggg and very noisyyyyyy walk back:)

stroller envy!!!!

yes....there's a freaking baby in my belly SO that gives me the right to stalk people's strollers!!!

How great are these!? I think I've seen about 100 more that I wasn't able to get photos of. We've even stopped in a few baby-ish stores and found some great strollers. WELL over our budget...I think the one we found and loved...995 euros. Um. Yeah. Deal breaker right there;)

UP i'm in love with eating outside next to the streets...whether it be in the sun or under an umbrella. It's so perfect!:)

UP EVERY freaking time I'm going to take a photo he jumps in. No lie. He thinks there are a million of these doorways and only one of 'him'...so he needs to be in them. This is what I'm dealing with here;)

today's photos are a bit blahhhh. I didn't have a lot to choose from, seeing as we wandered the same part of the city that we were taking photos in yesterday. REMEMBER: stores were closed yesterday...so we circled back today:)

tomorrow should be an improvement cause we're going to head in a different direction:)

today was a good day. IF you consider eating, shopping and spending your weight a 'good day':)

It was a great time. Lots of walking and lots of expensive clothes were touched and drooled on and then I was dragged away from:(

sadly, all the 'authentic' stores or more homemade/awesome stores...they're WAY out of my price range. Boo:( But still fun to look at!

DOWN have I mentioned how much I'm in love with desert right now!!!!???!?!?! Cause I pretty much am:)

UP we finallyyyy found a grocery store and I stocked up on fruit and crackers! YAY:)

UP i also decided that we should have definitely came to Spain first and THEN gotten married. Beautiful, beautiful dresses. I asked Jacob if I could just try on oneeeeee dress. NO:(

as of now...we're on a spending freeze until the next city! SORRY checkbook and SORRY Seville;) But it was a success...great success!

It's pretty much Exactly as the photos looked online and literally, just as big. As in...TINY. But it's comfy and it'll totally do:)

Here in Seville...we like to leave our hotel room. So this will do just fine!

okay...these are NOT great photos.

While people watching (or gawking) it didn't really occur to me to take some photos...so by the time I DID start taking photos...we were already ready to move again and so yeah, they kinda suck:)

BUT here are a few and I'm sure I'll add more at some point:)

UP jacob and I both agreed that the people here are WAY more healthy than in america. They look thin or healthy. NOT overweight. Damn fat Americas;)

UP take note of her fanny pack. Or the coolest fanny pack ever...leather and pretty...I've been wanting one for quite some time!

UP we're seeing a lot of high waisted shorts...more baggy...not fitted or anything. Like how in WI you can't find shorts that your butt isn't hanging out of. Here...not the case.

UP lots of boots. And cute couples!:)

UP some khakis and the thicker leather belt I was talking about. Man...I'm a huge fan of the thick leather belt and tuck! (lots of wedges too...)

UP and SO many fancy ladies! FAN.CY! I love it. I think they just dress NICE and that's fun to see:)

and since this is hilarious...I'll include an email that Jacob just sent out and showed me.

He sent this to his best friend back in WI:

"we're in Spain now. we've been eating a lot of good/cool foods. They're delicious. I wish I knew how they made them so I could make em'.

The women here are ridiculously hot (casey and I both agree on that one:). Wish I could bring one for you as your souvenir!..."
