i'm not sure I can say it any better than my mom did...I may not even try!!!!

t-bug is one of 7 children. Seven beautifullllllllll (inside and out:) children:) My sister, Courts and her husband Dave are responsible for those masterpieces.

i have a hard time coming up with something new and amazing to say about these kids every year - ONLY because they continue to be amazing year after year:). SO I'll keep it short (something I'm not normally known for;)!

week 33:)

when I see that we only have 7 weeks...I had to do a double take. Tonight...that feels like an insanely short amount of time! Wasn't there a time when we were 30 weeks from a baby!? I'm truly not sure when this all happened!!!


things are going so well! There's an itching situation - I explain below. BUT otherwise, it's really been a cake walk! Can I say that!? I should complain about something to even things out and not jinx us;)


um. It's harder to eat with my mouth closed because I can't breath. Yeah. That's the only complaint I can come up with and I'm not sure if it's even related to pregnancy. I could just be a large pig;)


AND on top of all this amazing pregnancy shiat. I'm turning 29 tomorrow! TWENTY-NINE! I'm very excited about this because I love my birthday and I'm very excited to have this last birthday before baby:) Another opportunity to be completely selfish and have all of Jacob's attention before we add a whole lot of crazy to our lives:)

i had an appointment on Tuesday and all went well! Except for the part where my lab was scheduled for 10AM and I didn't pee in a cup until 1025AM. And then was finally shaking my docs hand at 11AM for my scheduled 1015AM appointment. PHEW. They were SUPER lucky the sun was shining that day;)

TOTAL WEIGHT GAIN (so far): 32lbs.

UP this photo makes my belly look enormous. Ridiculously enormous.

there's been itching. Not just a little itch. FULL ON ITCHING. All over. Arms, legs, butt, breasts, arm pits. Yep. It's as awesome as you're imagining. FRICK!

obviously, the itching is not fun. But I'm trying to take it in stride. I've got some lotion from my doc to try and I'm hoping to see improvement...soon! I just keep thinking about how lucky I've been so far and that really keeps me from getting too upset about how irritating this has been for the last few weeks. If a bit of itching is the worst I get. I can handle that:)

baby buys

no baby buys this week! We've had a few more really amazing baby gifts trickle in:) One that had Jacob making ME come to the baby room and close my eyes! I'll take some photos soon and get those up for you! Too cute for words:)

 

i love having some photos of the kids with the baby bump! I think these are going to be so fun to show the baby someday:) Cousin Nasher  and T were having fun with it:)

sorry for the delay in this weeks bump post!!! I've been a bit more tired this week because of the 'itching' and sleep loss - due to the itching:( But this baby is kicking like crazy and with each kick...comes peace of mind:) We couldn't be more excited about what's to come!!:)

UP/DOWN L being his adorable self. On this particular day...the kids allowed Mal and I to sit and have a glass off coffee. NO crying. NO freaking out. It was actually...quiet!?

T bug turns 5:)

UP we try and take each of our nieces and nephews out to eat and to pick out their own present for their birthday. A night all to themselves:) This year T picked TB and a toy:)

these kiddo's getting older is breaking my heart. I have no clue how my heart is going to handle my very own child getting older:( Yep. Totally going to be that mom crying at every birthday;)

Tayt turned FIVE on New Years Eve!!! This boy. Man. He's gonna be a heart breaker. Since he's been teeny - check out some seriously adorable photos on Courts blog HERE - I've told him that he's been blessed with his mom's big brown eyes. And just the other day...we were talking about his eyes and he says "just like my mom's":)

because of those eyes...he can't be told no. Nor can he be punished. End of story:)

he's growing into quite the little man and Jacob and I couldn't be prouder. For quite some time...going on 11 years...these kids have been our kids and it's hard to believe that we'll be adding our own little one to the mix in just 4 short months...like one-hundred and some days!!!

we can only hope that our little one gets a little of all the great in his/her nieces and nephews:)

a day full of happy:)

today is quite a happy day. Besides being the beginning...or almost beginning...of a new year...we have 2 birthday's AND a wonderful wedding!!!!

today my sister's little boy, Tayt, turns 4 years old! He's the most handsome bug in the whole wide world. You can't not melt when you look at that face!!!!!:)

me and Jacob have plans to take him out to eat this weekend or coming week and then he gets to pick out his own present. We try to do this with each kiddo. Something special just for them:)

and then there's Renee!!! Renee is my SOON-to-be-sister-IN-law (phew...SSIL:). She is turning 25 freaking years old today. To be 25 again;) HAPPY birthday Reneeeeeee!!!!!

and later on tonight we're going to be ringing in the New Year with these 2 amazing people! Carrie, the bride, has become one of my greatest friends. I went to High School with Chad, the groom, and am happy to report that we've stayed great friends and he found someone that suits him perfectly.

I know I've said it before...but there are few couples in this small town that I admire and they are definitely on the short list:)
